Getting Started When you're ready to make an appointment, or you just have questions, call me or send me an email. During the first session, which lasts 50 minutes, we'll talk about why you're coming in, what has led to you seeking therapy, and other relevant information. It's a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we work well together. We will then create a plan to help you reach your goals. I work in a collaborative manner, bringing my experience to your unique issues. Together we will look at treatment options and find the one that best suits your situation and desired outcome. Because I use many approaches, rather than a single framework, I can offer you a great deal of flexibility. You can then schedule appointments that fit your needs. We usually do this at the end of a session, and, if needed, you can change your time by contacting me either by phone or email.
